Hello, Avast-home found ,in a folder , a virus-file (name: 3WPlayer_SU.exe
Win32 Trojan-gen ) but it cannot to delete. Message from Avast is “This type of store does not support this operation”. If I move manually the file in virus-basket , apparently it is erased but in reality it remains in the source folder.
How can I do to permanently destroy it before it multiplies? ???
hey! you could try a scan with MBAB or SAS or both and see if they can delete the malware.

if you cant installed any of this programs you could try drweb cure it.

don’t forget to update MBAB and SAS before you scan with them.
good luck and write back if you get problems.
What was the actual location of the file ?
I suspect it was inside an archive file, where extraction, etc. may have resulted in the corruption of the main file.
first start (if what they say doesnt work)downloading
1.autoruns from sysin…
2.file assassin and reg assassin from MBAM site
3.hijack free from emsi software
start autorun and verify your system start up or look for entries that dont have a big company name like microsoft, alwil, nvidia…
that entries maybe the bad files so verify them if they dont have a electronic signatures get the name of them and start any process manager i prefer the one from "sysinterials " but you have one in the hijack free so start killing bad processes then uncheck start ups entries for bad files use file assassin and reg assassin to remove bad files and its bad registry entries restart and maybe that will be helpful
sorry me because i dont explain a lot i have my own virus lab of my and other tools and you cant talk a lot because you need to clean your pc not learn how to debugging and analyzing and bla bla .
