How can I find back my folder after avast deleted some exe files？

My avast version is 4.8 home edition and there are “video、software、other” three folders in my removable disk.

When I inserted the removable disk into the USB of the PC,avast found some virus that like “video.exe、software.exe、other.exe”,and then I selected “delete” those virus.

I found there is nothing in my removable disk after avast killed those virus,but the disk space is not less than before time.I think those folders and files is still in my removable disk,I just can not see them.

How can I find back those folders and files?

Method one:
go to you folder options and allow system to show you hidden files and system files then go to your flash drive and you will see the folders from properties choose unhide “un tick hide”
Method two:
open cmd then write

call [flash]: attrib -h -s -r video attrib -h -s -r software attrib -h -s -r other
FLASH STAND FOR THE LETTER OF YOUR FLASH FOR EXAMPLE j or i

I can see those folders after finished the Method one.
