How can I find Order ID?

Hi, I used cleanup trial version.
I stopped subscriptions before two months passed.
So there is no license in my account.

By the way 18.88$ was charged in my wallet one week ago.
But Order confirmation mail didn’t came.
So I don’t know Order ID and I can’t request a refund.

In fact, I already request a refund twice without Order ID.
No reply came.

I have a license on my PC but not on my Account.
There is no any information in my account and email, just only 18.88$ paid.
I want a refund.
So please help me find the Order ID.
