I am coming here as the site owner and not user
My website is a legit site and I am happy to prove that to whoever I need to (israelpharm .com)
But Avast/AVG are bloicking access to it as URL:FakeShop → E-shop scam
I have tried to click the option to submit inside the program many times, I have tried to submit a False Positive report, but to no avail.
This is obviously having a major affect on our business
How can I escalate this matter to a person that will actually look into it?
First, I’m an Avast user and not an Avast Team member.
Only one hit here on VirusTotal scan
There are sites that can also check a site link and or file upload.
New location to report both a False Positive and or a False Negative (for File or URL)

As an Avast user, I’m limited in what I can do.
Did you check the other two sites I gave ?
They don’t just look for malware but weaknesses, etc, that could leave you vulnerable.
As I mentioned.
However, in that form I would suggest giving a link back to this topic and a link to Virus Totals results and seek a manual review of the site.
The VT site is doing an on demand scan and Avasts Web Shield is a live on-access scanner, so isn’t part of the VT scan for sites.
I will try to attract some attention to this topic.

Does this also apply to AVG Database?
I believe so, but like Avast the Virus Definitions are updated and distributed to users in the regular virus definition updates. Rather than wait uses can use the manually update check function.
