how can I get refund?

I purchased 25 seats last week. It doesnot work and I am not getting the support I need. I have asked for refund which it states on the website, within 30 days.

No one is replying my email, what’s going on? because I asked for a refund?

Did you buy from a reseller or from Avast…??

I did already…no one returns my email. What is worst is that I dont have anti virus now in the office. Without refund, I can not make another purchase.

I purchased Biz Protection. I have tried to install the console on Servers, PC. All of them installed without problem, but when try to open in browser, it shows page can not be displayed.

I have followed the FAQ, I can not even see the page.

Which version is installed…? The latest is 1.1.131.7

or try with another browser, I use Firefox and I add a security exception.

I can not even check, there is no verion on the install package. I downloaded them last Thursday.

did you open the browser on the server where the console is installed or tried to open via a remote browser? Do you have silverlight installed if you do via remote browser?
