How can I remove PlayBryte

I ran a scan and it said clean but when went to update the definitions avast called up Chrome which said it had added the PlayBryte add-on and I can still see it in my registry. Will avast remove it, and if not does anyone know what will?

run AdwCleaner and Malwarebytes quick scan …post the log here

did that fix it ?

Thank you Pondus. I ran all of the steps in the first reply and when re-run they show up clean, so I presume I’m good to go. I had found and tried the Microsoft Defender steps earlier without any luck.

You don’t need the logs if things worked, correct?
