How can i RETRIEVE my important files

how can i retrieve my important files infected by Virus and Malware that has been moved to the chest, because i dont have the back up files.

can you help me? because there is no repair button or such thing just to remove the virus and use the file without any infection

files in chest can be restored…but then you also restore the infection…unless it was FP
what file(s) was detected?
what malware name does avast give them?
