How can I update subscription from 1 device to 3 or more

Hello
I have paid 2 years for 1 pc subscription.
However I bought another PC and I need to install it on my second pc.
Paying another 60$ or so per year is not a good option.
Is there an option to upgrade my subscription to include more pc?

The question is how to upgrade the subscription which I have now to this one.
It will expire in 2021 and I paid already a lot of money for it, I can’t pay another 90$

It is too expensive to call USA phone number, I am from Europe
Is there other way to reach support?

For the money we are paying there should be better way than spending 2,99$/min to make international call…
