How do I Cancel Subscription?

I do not wish to auto-renew a subscription but I am unable to unsubscribe. I have logged into the “my subscriptions” page but there is absolutely NO “cancel subscription” button (as suggested there should be in the on-line instructions). I no longer have the PC that this product was originally bought for but it seems that there is no way of getting out of the subscription…It feels impossible to leave and it is starting to feel like I am being scammed!

Use the following to get help, https://support.avast.com/article/24/ (orders and refunds) if you don’t have an order # use 00000000 then explain your problem.

I have followed these instructions (they were the online instructions referred to in my original post) but when I get to my subscriptions page the UNSUBSCRIBE button does not exist. All I get on that page is confirmation of my auto-renewal date.

Thanks bob3160, I used that link and have already got an email to say that I am unsubscribed. Hopefully that is all done now, although I’ve just logged into my account and the subscription is still there…but hopefully that will be updated as well soon. Will post again when I am certain it has been stopped, ie after renewal date. In the meantime, many thanks for the help
