Hi!
I have tried the same steps, but no luck. :-[
I am posting the screenshots here…
Screen One–> This is where i enter my new email id…
Screen Two → This is the message i got from interface.
When i login again to my.avast.com i could not see newly entered email id there.
Please help me, i think i m missing something…
Please, send me a PM, with the email you are trying to add. We are having issues, as our emails are blocked by certain services.
@OndraM
I think you have not received my (PM) message.
so i am posting here.
I am switching from my old Gmail id to new Gmail id.
I think there is a bug/glitch in the my.avast.com
Have anyone tried this before ?
Thanks.
Yes, I did. The only difference is that my new email id was not gmail but gmx. The result was the same as in your case. >:(
@Gerd10
thanks for your confirmation.
Avast Team we need a quick fix for that . :-[
I wonder, which services that could be.
issue has been fixed… ![]()
Congratulations! In my case, this problem still persists. >:(
Here is the proof …
See my screen-shot.
What error messages u got, can u share some screen-shots. :![]()
Thanks for your screen-shot. My problem seems to be: I try to change my (primary ) email address, which is @gmail.com to one non-gmail.com address. Maybe Google reigns here.
I have two emails listed, one gmail and the other not - my gmail isn’t the default, so it is working in that regard.

My email is definitly not “blocked”, whatever this means. :![]()
If you don’t know what it means, you can’t tell if it is blocked or not ![]()

I send and I receive emails since years. Nothing seems to be blocked, except by certain filters which I have set.
