How do I create a ticket?

Apparently if I have any billing issues I need to create a ticket. I was wondering how I do that so I can talk to someone about it.

Is this the only way to talk to billing or is there a live chat? Every time I have created a support ticket in the past nobody has responded.

Live chat is only for business users, you need to create a ticket.

Do you work for Avast? I just said they don’t respond.

After creating a ticket mention the number here.
They will respond.

I didn’t find any ticket in our system sent by you. That being said, I did find few messages sent through the Feedback form. Please be aware, as it is indicated within the form, that we will not reply to messages sent through the Feedback form.

Be sure that we always reply to all the tickets created through https://support.avast.com

Moroni has found your ticket (Reply #11) but is on vacation so a reply may be delayed ... if he is the one that reply to it

Ticket is handled as first in / first out. If you create a new you are put back in line
Ticket are usually responded to in 5 to 10 business days
