I was having this same problem on avg, I running xp pro How do I disable this please see attachment

  1. The short answer is that the site that you are trying to connect no longer has an https security certificate. Essentially a trust issue.

  2. Even if this weren’t a problem, what you are trying to download wouldn’t work on XP as that would download the latest 2020 version. The last supported version for XP was 18.8.

I could care less about the trust issue I just want to know how to disable it and where can I download the last working full exe that worked with xp ?

It’s called patience. You’re not going to get an answer until someone that can answer you with a fix or solution that works.
You also need to realize that there aren’t many people that still use Windows XP.
