how do I disable notifications? (cart is not empty problem)

I’m getting a frequent notification something like “your cart is not empty finish shopping”.
I click on that, I empty my cart, but soon the notification will continue bothering me while I’m working. Maybe once or twice a day, needlessly.
Because of this and due other aggressive marketing I’m considering to change to a different product, despite I like it. But disturbing my work continuously is unacceptable.

What can I do to stop marketing popups, and especially this bogus “your cart is not empty” nonsense. Remember, it continues AFTER I EMPTY MY CART…

if you have latest version the pictures in the FAQ may not be correct

I have experienced this after investigating forum/purchase related issues and I have emptied the cart. I just ignored it and it did go away after a couple of days.

What I didn’t try was to clear the browser cache, cookies, history, etc. and restart the browser.

Do I get notified about viruses in do not disturb mode?

No, do not disturb means exactly that, but they would still be detected/block malware. I have never used the do not disturb, AKA silent/gaming mode. Full screen usage games, etc. should automatically trigger do not disturb mode.

I would say you would have to exercise judgment in the Actions to be taken when a detection is made as that actions decision tree is how the detection would be handled without any user interaction (do not disturb).
