Hi,
e-mail shield? There is no such thing in Mobile Security. Can you post a screenshot?
Filip
Actually the correct term is “Message Shield”. Maybe that helps.
Hi,
and what exactly you can’t enable? There are 2 (or potentially 3) checkboxes - “Message shield” and “Scan incoming messages” (and potentially “Offer to block messages” or something like that).
Filip
I can’t enable all 3, probably because I can’t enable the first one (message shield).
Does your devices have a SIM card?
Filip
No it doesn’t.
Well, that’s it, message shield is not e-mail shield. It scans messages (as in SMS for example), not e-mails. If you are not able to receive such messages then you can’t activate the shield.
Filip
Oh duh.
I suppose the description doesn’t really explain that well.
