How do I find a "Cleaner" for Alureon-RC[Trj] ?

Have just been infected with Alureon Trojan horse. Avast indicates it stopped file but am unable to run any editor, browser, or program.

I get a message stating:
Windows cannot access the specific device, path, or file. You may not have the appropritate permissions to access the item.

System Restore does not work.
Task manager does not work.
Notepad does not work.

Originally message comes up with:

The virus could be manually cleansed,
First turn off system restore,

  1. Click Start, right-click My Computer, and then click Properties.
  2. In the System Properties dialog box, click the System Restore tab.
  3. Click to select the Turn off System Restore check box. Or, click to select the Turn off System Restore on all drives check box.
  4. Click OK.
  5. When you receive the following message, click Yes to confirm that you want to turn off System Restore.

Now restart the computer in Safe Mode, download and update MBAMfrom here:

Remove the virus using SAS get at: http://www.superantispyware.com/
Then Scan Use Norman Malware Cleaner

Then After that turn 0n System Restore,

  1. Click Start, right-click My Computer, and then click Properties.

  3. Click to clear the Turn off System Restore check box. Or, click the Turn off System Restore on all drives check box.
  4. Click OK.
