HI Avast team how are things going today. I was wondering if I could please ask a question. I have two desktops at home one computer is Windows Vista and the other desktop is a Windows 7 home premium system. I want to talk about the Windows 7 home premium today if I may please. Twice now on this system avast has deleted the trojans off of this computer after the full scan with avast free was done scanning the computer completely.
The avast free version that was on the Windows 7 computer was avast free 2014.9.0.2018 What I would like to now is their away to set avast free to move the files that it finds infected to the virus chest so that avast will not delete the files so I can make sure that the files are looked at first so that I do not screw up the computer at all.
The one trojan that was on the windows 7 computer the first time avast free deleted the file and that file must have been used by itunes because I had to re download itunes in order for it to work again on windows 7 home premium again.
The second trojan again was deleted by avast successfully on both trojans. This kind of scares me when avast free deletes the files by itself. The other thing I would like to now is how do I send a false positive to avast lab if the file is deleted automatically from avast free when the scan is finished and the file is not moved to the virus chest first.
