How do I get my serial number back?

Hi, I had installed avast professional and registered it on my computer for a few days but then due to one of those fake antivirus malware type things I had to unfortunately wipe my Hard drive.

I had paid the near £30 for 1 year, as well as an avast CD, and only used avast for a few days. Surely there is somewhere where I can get my serial number back?

Any help would be appreciated.

Just send an email to sales@avast.com and explain what happened, better using the same email address you’ve used to receive the key at the first time.
