that log is malwarebytes protection log, we dont need that …
we need malwarebytes scan log + Farbar recovery scan logs ( farbar will produce two logs)
and please dont change the default log names before you attach them

Please download ZOEK by Smeenk and save it to your desktop (preferred version is the *.exe one)
Temporary disable your AntiVirus and AntiSpyware protection - instructions here.

Run as Administrator to start the tool.
[]Wait patiently until the main console will appear, it may take a minute or two.
[]In the main box please paste in the following script:

[*]Make sure that Scan All Users option is checked.
[*]Push Run Script and wait patiently. The scan may take a couple of minutes.
[*]When the scan completes, a zoek-results logfile should open in notepad.
[*]If a reboot is needed, it will be opened after it. You may also find it at your main drive (usually C:\ drive)

Attach the logfile to your next reply.
Do not forget to re-enable your previously switched-off protection software!

Hi,
I also have a problem with “istartsurf”.
I tried to remove it with Malwarebytes but it didn’t work, and in repeated scan Malwarebytes does not find any problems.
What should I do?

thank you for your answer.
I managed to solve it on my own.
Actually only problem that was left after run this Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware was corrupted shortcuts for web browser.
I fix that, and now is ok.
