How do I know if a Decompression Bomb is safe???

I’ve just received a warning stating “Error:The file is a decompression Bomb (42110)”. It was part of a game download. Is it safe to ignore??
The file is an iso file.

Cheers… I wasn’t sure if the numbers were all different therefore making the bomb different…
