First of all I don’t know where to ask this, so I am just going to pot it here.
So today I was looking through the avast real time protection and found that my script shield detected 2 things when I clicked the “shield log” on the bottom right. When I scrolled the log to the right, under “Action” it said blocked so I just assumed it was blocked. I thought that until I looked through the File system logs and found that next to the action tab (The action was to delete), there was a results tab that has a check mark (which wasn’t present in the Script Shield log). Also there was a drop box in the Script Shield log’s “Action” tab which allows me to choose an action which doesn’t seem to do anything (the default was "Blocked).
So my question is basically, did the script shield block the script, even though there wasn’t a check on the results tab?
