Hello all in here, I am actually new here but I really need an urgent solution to this problem I use the home edition of 4.8, now I need to use a vpn on my internet connection but I could not do it I was later told to open the port 1723 the guy even suggest I uninstalled my antivirus but am scared of getting myself exposed so please people what can i do now.
I use the home edition of 4.8,avast 4.8 does not have any firewall........
yeah that is quite right but the vpn still doesn’t work even at that, besides I have windows firewall on my system.
As if there is some software can manage the port， but I forget the name， why don’t you search it in download websites or just stop the windows firewall
I did stop the windows firewall but the vpn still can’t work

@ the OP: do not uninstall (as advised : ) you anti-virus. Many VPNs are being used for illegal purposes, and you might just get happily infected ;D
ps: may I ask why you need to use a VPN so urgently ;D
