Thank you for your quick responce, it is what I was hoping for.
I do not have the time to go looking through 100s of posts for my answer, and I don’t know how to use the phone number printed. So I felt I had to do it this way.

Personally you did well not to use that telephone number - many complaints about it - here you get prompt responses, usually by other avast users like yourself and no one is going to try to sell you something.
