How do licenses work?

I am researching the purchase of the server edition for SBS 2003 and about 25 clients. About 5 of the client computers will be cycled out of the network on a monthly basis. He easy is it to transfer the client licenses or does the server just count the number of clients connected at any one time? If a client has the software uninstalled, does the license go back in a “bank”?

  1. In your config, you’ll want to go with “avast SBS Suite” http://www.avast.com/eng/sbs_suite.html
  2. You’re right, the licenses go back to the pool when you uninstall avast from the machines.
