How do you request a refund again?

The FAQ has this to say about requesting a refund:

I am able to navigate to my order, the invoice, etc., but I cannot locate the option for requesting a refund. Where is it?

Yes, that is the page through which I got to the information about my order, but there was no “option to request a refund.”

Then e-mail avast customer care.I got great help from the Avast agent via e-mail.

Have tried to copy and paste the link to the address but cant get:

avast customer care (ccare@avast.com)

to work as a link. Perhaps the more experienced people here will provide the proper link.
