I am currently running COMODO Pro firewall Version 3 Release Candidate 1 and would be grateful for any feedback from forum members who have Avast! running too.
I currently only have a short time left on my other anti virus licence (NOD32 v3 Final).
This running OK with COMODO.
My problem is not both together, as I have avast and Comodo v2 on my XP computer.
My bad is not being able to install Comodo in my Vista laptop 
But, for conflicts, don’t worry. They play very well together.

The link may well state the RC1 version 3.0 is compatible with Vista 32bit but Tech is the exception to the rule, it doesn’t work on his system as a number of posts attest.
Yes… only ZoneAlarm installs in my Vista
No conflicts at all 
Never had any problems with avast and comodo 
I am using Vista Home Premium and have both avast pro and comodo and it the best combo with no problem

Comodo FW runs perfect with AVAST if you are runing XP.

I’m not receiving help from Comodo forum neither from the email tech support.
The network driver is not recognized in my Vista. Not correctly installed.
Tech. I think you may use another FW until CFW v3 final came out.
I doubt the gold CFW will work in my system unless they change something in the driver.
I’ve tested ZA, but there are delays.
PCTools did not uninstall easily from my Vista computer and have some incompatibilities with other low level drivers in my system too. It’s a branded firewall, I don’t like.
Right now, using Vista firewall and advanced rules for outbound protection.
We don’t know, maybe the final version has a driver change and the problem is solved, i don’t know.
I’m waiting very impatient final versions of CFW and AVAST FW. Then i’ll test the two firewalls.
Avast! plays fine with Comodo under Vista Ultimate-when I can keep Comodo 3 working. Had problems similar to TECH, where RC1 wouldn’t install firewall, just the HIPS. After a bunch of deinstalls and reinstalls, it killed both Windows Firewall and Device Manager, so had to revert to a previous Acronis image. Also had problems with it booting only as a stub and not continuing. Seems to be device conflicts or ? with something I have. But if you don’t have problems with Comodo, adding Avast! will run fine. Did for me as long as I didn’t try a new Comodo beta or one of the workarounds.
