I ordered a license and Avast never bothered to send me an invoice or order number to my email. The “Thank You for your Purchase” page was blank. I went to tech support at:
“https://support.avast.com/Tickets/Submit/&cls02&ptf01&lic02&scr06” and clicked on “Obtain a copy of your Invoice?” but then it wants my order number. I don’t have an order number as I never got an invoice in the first place. It shows that a person can use the lower form field to fill in the last part of the their credit card number to get their invoice but there are no lower form fields to put in the credit card information. How does a person get an invoice from these people?? I got over 80 valid licenses from them an I am about fed up.

After ordering and paying you will get a confirmation email with the order number and other details.
It can be that the mail got in your spam folder or that your email provider had it blocked.
There is nothing avast can do about that.
You don’t get a invoice, you get a confirmation.
Invoice means a bill that you have to pay.

That does not sound like you are a private person but need to get a corporate license.
And there is no need/reason at all to post multiple times about the same thing.

You should have received a confirmation email for each purchase, including the order ID and your password for the order portal. Sometimes it goes to the Spam folder, could you please check if it is there?
I see that you have opened a support ticket with our business support department. They should also be able to help you getting an invoice

I have the same issue, no order invoice, and no way to go through any link, option to fix my problem.
