how does sms command works ?

hello a newbie hear :slight_smile: how does actually the sms command works ? i have set up antitheft on. say if i lost my phone and its time to send text commands , for which phone no should the text commands go ? is it to the phone no which the phone had when it was lost ? sorry if this was a dumb question :stuck_out_tongue: on a learning process :slight_smile:
