How good is Spyware Terminator????

Hi All!!

Is Spyware Terminator good??? Any other good recommendations that is free??? It Seemed to conflicts with my COMDO Firewall. Prevents it form loading at startup. Any similar cases or solutions???

Pls Advise on this!!!

Comodo blocks internet access until it is established, perhaps ST is trying to connect to check for updates.

There are many forum members using Comodo firewall and possibly a few of those using ST I haven’t heard of this blocking in the forums before. Have you tried the comodo forums ?

Other options if you are using winXP AVG anti-spyware (formerly Ewido) Resident scanner during trial On-Demand after trial ends. Or SUPERantispyware On-Demand only in free version.

I use ST and Comodo FW, and i have no problems.

Thanks for the prompt reply. I have installed the WinASO Registry Optimizer and run a scan, it is actually due to the registry conflicts that causes this problem. Hmm, you guys are right, it is not causing any conflicts. In fact, it is really a good security combination(COMODO & TS) and nevertheless plus Avast. This 3 freeware is really a must to have for those who relies on freewares.

The real-time protection of Spyware Terminator is good,especially for free.
The scanner is not that good yet.Being relatively new,it will take time for ST to get the detection rates of free programs like A-Squared or AVG-AS.
