how i can cancel my oeder with chargeable avast

I got this message where it says that i have purchaged a new chargeable version of avast which i havent. I`ve been trying to look how i cancel my order but i really cannot do it so can someone tell me how to do it? I have had a chargeable version of it but i havent renewed the order and its been a long time since i even had it.

It seems to me that you are not using the AES but a consumer version.

If this is about a license for the mobile version…
avast has given away several licenses for free, but unfortunately the wrong mail was send.

Please (re)search before posting as things like this have been told/explained many times already.
