Greetings i have the free user avast version 8.0.1483.
Can anyone tell me how I disable (prevent) avast from auto download and install
a newest version? I am happy with my old version & I dont want any newest.
I’m very upset that avast with out my permition download and install a newest
version on to my pc… isnt that ilegal or something by the way?
I tried on SETTINGS->PROGRAMM->“MANUAL UPDATE” & even “ASK WHEN UPDATE IS AVAILABLE”
option but still neither prevents avast from downloading and install the nest 2014 version on to
my pc after the next restart.
