How is it possible to determine which devices an avast product is installed in?

Hi there,

I have several Avast Products and subcriptions. It seems I have a trouble in two of the products.

Avast Mobile Android Pro Plus and Avast Cleanup Premium.

It says my subscriptions for the above mentioned products are 1 year, 1 device for each respectively, but I see the info they are both currently used on 2 devices. So I need to check what devices they are installed in right now.
No matter how hard I tried, I couldn’t find a way to do so, neither for determining nor for a easy helper/contact to ask about the issue.

Any help would be highly appreciated…

As far as I know, there is no way to know which device is tied to the license. If you changed your device recently, license may be counted twice for a while. Other than that, as you’re paid user, you can ask support for help.
