How long after warning does license expires?

Hi all,

My parents emailed me saying Avast (Home) is warning them their license will expire “soon”. How long do I have before making it there to renew it? They are complete computer dingalings… I have to do it but am out of town. :slight_smile:

I’m not sure, but I think that the warning message is displayed 1 month before the license expiration :wink:

Thanks XMAS for calming my fears of near immediate expiry. I still need a mod or techie to give me the exact time frame though. I can NOT let my parents use the PC without Avast! LOL :slight_smile:

Have them right click the avast icon, select about avast that will give you the exact Update expiration date. You will then need to re-register, but even if you were late in doing this the program will still work, but no VPS updates.

Complete the avast! 4 Home Registration form and you will receive an email from register @ avast.com (without the spaces) with your registration key.
