I ordered a 1 month subscription on saturday and only received a order confirmation email
It could depend on how you paid.
Paying with Credit Card is pretty much immediate; definitely within a day. However, paying via money transfer etc, the license wouldn’t be sent until money is confirmed received.
Just my thoughts on the matter. 
Was there no further information on the confirmation email?
Right sorry for dumb post i realised my error and just sent the money to avast
All I can say (as I am just a user here), money transfers can take some time. At your end, you need to ask your bank if it was processed.
Other then that, patience is required.
I’ve done transfers in the past and it can take 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS to complete.
