How long does it take when it say "avast antivirus is loading..." ?

I have a questions that is how long does it take when it says “avast antivirus is loading…”

It’s happened when i had a full scan and avast found 2 virus then avast restarted my pc and after that “avast antivirus is loading…” have happened on the black screen.

I have waited for 2 hours and it’s still nothing.
Is this normal?
