How long does it take...

… for a response to a ticket? I have read everyone saying to be patient, ticket volumes are high, Etc. but I put in a ticket for a refund 10 days ago and have not heard anything. I think that is a little ridiculous and they need to evaluate their system a little better, but I could just be bitter. Not sure if it matters - ticket number 663358
