How many SMS is sended if new SIM is inserted?

I tested Anti-theft with inserting new SIM card. The phone locks and siren turns on. Then I found in my “friend phone” one SMS with info about lost or stolen phone and one SMS with location. But I see on inserted SIM card billing from my mobilephone operator 20 SMS. I did not use this SIM card before and after inserting.

How Anti-theft exactly works after inserting new SIM card? How many SMS does it send? Does it send some SMS again in any interval?

those sms will not come from us. we only send those 2 (in the bill it can look like 4 because of multipart - but not 20).
