Since installing 4.0.2, it repeatedly asks me to install the VPN profile. Getting VERY annoying. Makes the product almost unusable. If this cannot be fixed, how can I get a refund for my Mac and iOS products?
As been told a huge amount of times on this webboard, if you want to ask a refund you need to submit a ticket.
We are very sorry about this, it’s going to be fixed in next update which is coming out in next few days.

New version 4.0.3 which fixes this issue is available on the App store. Please note that it will probably ask you for one more VPN profile reinstallation, but that should be the last one
