my very important files was deleted when scanning my pc with avast
how can i return these files??
i tried to return with “EasyRecovery Professional” but my files wasnt return
please help…
If you selected delete as the action, then they are gone (sorry this isn’t what you are hoping for) unless you are able to recover them.
Unfortunately you weren’t successful with what you tried, there are many undelete tools, I suggest you try a google search for undelete or visit one of the large download sites like snap files or download.com and look under system or file utilities.
Deletion isn’t really a good first option (you have none left as you are finding), ‘first do no harm’ don’t delete, send virus to the chest and investigate.
How do you know they were important ?
What is the infected file name, where was it found e.g. (C:\windows\system32\infected-file-name.xxx) ?
Check the avast! Log Viewer (right click the avast ‘a’ icon), Warning section, this contains information on all avast detections.
