I want to discontinue this so that I don’t get charged again next month for service I didn’t want in the first place. Every time I go to cancel these assholes send me around in a circle till I see my butthole again with no way of sending a message. I figured maybe this would be the only way I can get my message across seeing how they won’t let me access anything. Thoroughly disappointed and disgusted with this program especially with the customer service which you can’t get a hold of. I would not recommend this for anyone I would thoroughly discourage anyone from signing up. I’m sure some of you think this place is just Grand but when I can’t get a hold of customer service and have tried for three different days something’s not right. Discontinue my prescription do not charge me again you do not have permission to remove money from my account.

Since you don’t mention what you have actually tried (to cancel it) is difficult to suggest options, which you may or may not have already tried.

In this second link support article/35, there is a Contact Us option. This throws up another screen for details which may be Chat or Phone. As an Avast Free user I have never required to use this.
