As I have mentioned I´ve allready done that. I have contacted avast through the support page. And so far all I´ve got back is an e-mail saying they are very busy and it should take longer then usuall to get a reply. And the e-commerce handler, I suppose you mean Digital River as they are the handler who handles the order where I live. Well they just referred me to Avast. As it in their wiew was a technikal issue. Moment 22 !
