I’ve been using Avast about a week, and also lurking, reading other users problems. I’m an advanced computer user and I’ve used hundreds of programs over the years. So, the first thing I want to know is how to contact the developers, because I have a big bone to pick with them. Many settings aren’t apparent in the UI or are not explained well enough. There are too many branches and not enough screenshots. I can write a better help file than those %*##&(%%@!!! developers.
