How to allow avast on W7 firewall with outbound control enable?

Hi I’m interested to enable the outbound control in W7 firewall, but one thing I’m not able to do it, I added all .exe in avast folder to exception, but avast still can’t connect, can anyone help me in that direction?

Unfortunately there aren’t many people that have used the webshieldfilter.exe tool info/link I gave you, http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=131907.msg973992#msg973992, so there isn’t a huge wealth of knowledge on it.

Generally I would say that is a better option as the outbound protection in win7’s firewall (once enabled) isn’t very user friendly, is rules based and the user has to create the rules.
