I cant seem to find a contact where I can call Avast customer service to cancel my order. Where can I do it on its website?

I am in the same situation. What a shame. These guys used to be good. Avast could not complete a boot scan or a full scan on a Windows 10 machine and all I had to do was pay a lot of money to get assistance. Forget that. And NO help on any of the forums.EEOXVX
Note to Eddy who pasted a help reference. Good, but typing in CANCEL or CANCEL ORDER produces no search results. So thanks, but the search is nothing but frustration (read: poor service).

I don’t see anything in your post history that you sought help in the avast support forum about this particular issue.
In two topics you posted back in 2015 you had replies to your posts, yet you never responded to the replies.
There is no need to pay for help at all.
All you had to do was asking here for help or asking avast directly by submitting a ticket and both are completely free.
Besides that the search is working, there is no need to use it.
There very clearly are the “How do I cancel auto-renewal of my Avast license?” and “How do I request a refund?” on the page I’ve given you.
