Currently I am only on a 30 day trial basis and have not paid anything yet so I have no license number or receipt of purchase.
The link provide does not provide clear instructions of how I cancel my trial subscription.
At the link above I have no idea what the difference is between Digital River, Nexway, Cleverbridge or Allsoft.
I have heretofore never heard of any of these companies.
All I want to do is to insure that after the 30 day trial period that my Credit Card is not charged and I refer to the Free version of Avast Anti-virus.
Is there not an easy way to do this online or is there a human being I can phone at Avast to accomplish this task?
Phoning is not possible.
You either do it following the instructions on the page I gave you or you need to create a ticket and ask avast to cancel it for you.
At Order Details [see image] I clicked on “Manage Your Subscription” but got the following message:

I have tried “this action at a later time” with the same result.
The Error says “or take different action” but how on earth a subscriber would know what other action to take is apparently left a mystery.
Any suggestion on how to simply cancel my subscription?
