If your other PC is finished Not functioning. Just download and install Avast on new PC and insert license that you have saved hopefully.

If you didn’t save your license this may help.

And if you have a license for just one system, remove the old system first from your Avast Account.

Log in to https://my.avast.com select the system - Settings - Delete from Account.
