How to completely block/remove Avast advertisements?

Even though my premium security subscription will last for roughly a half year I’m being plagued by these Avast ads pushing me to upgrade. These ads are shown at least once a week.

Highly annoying up to point where I consider to switch to another product (after more than 15 years). How can I prevent these pesky screens from appearing? Completely.

I am ready to stop using Avast thanks to having these pop ups multiple times a day and my subscription doesn’t expire until May 2022.
I have absolutely no need of an antivirus program acting worse than Alexa with suggestion mode turned on.

I have popup notifications disabled and I still get these ads 1-2 times a day. It’s horrible. I’m getting close to switching to another AV provider.

I’m still getting the advertisements even though the sales department has been instructed to have them disabled. I’m beginning to wonder if it is in the KPI’s of the head of sales to get rid of longtime paying customers.

But seriously, when a company deals with its products with such ease, the question arises how they deal with the core functions of the product. :-\

I rarely get ads from Avast. If you are using Avast Premium, you could try the following:
Open Avast Premier and then go to:
menu
settings
data settings
offers : tap no
customize : tap yes

Let’s hope this solves the problem.

Thanks for pointing this out. I may have a slightly different Avast version and turned off the menu option: General > Personal Privacy > Personalisation > Personalize the communications and product recommendations in the app. Lets see if this makes any difference.
