+1 here. For me, I tried breachguard for the trial period but it did not show up on my account. From there, impossible to reach Avasy commecrial/support to cancel the renewal. Just got charged for a year, I am really pissed. I am trying to reach the support for unsubscribe. I can’t find a way to reach someone. I tried the refund process but it ends up with an email telling me something wrong went wrong with my request.

Hi T.Mouraille. I succeeded! First of: when I asked AI for a phone number to call Avast, they gave a number. Read this: For phone support, the most commonly cited number is +1 (844) 340-9251, which is reported as the best number to call, with 74% of users having used it.
In my case: I was registered under another emailaccount. So I logged in with the right emailaccount on the website, followed the steps and it worked.
