How to create the Avast Rescue Disk

I just purchased the full version of Avast Internet and Virus Security. At the time of purchase, I also purchases the AVAST Rescue Disk. I have the rescue disk on my receipt, but I do not see how to create the rescue disk from inside the AVAST application.

How do I create the rescue disk or are there instructions somewhere?
