How to deal with it?
and return to regular mode, and fix the virus problem?

Avast does not have an advanced protection mode - could you post a screenshot of the setting

That might have been helpful info to let us in on. We are all trying to help you and it took 1/2 a dozen posts asking you for a screenshot.
