How to delete free trial version before renewal

Hello!!
I’m Simona, from Italy (…sorry for my terrible English…)
On january I have installed on my laptop two free trial products: Avast Premium Security and Avast Cleanup (both with the same license number)
How to delete them before the first renewal (1st march 2020)?
What I have to do??? Delete my account??
I wrote emails to Italian and English support, but no one answer…

if you don’t have the copy of the Order ID, just put it 00000 then explain your concern.

Support tickets work as First in / first out. If you create a new you are put back in line

I done new request each time (the last 20 minutes ago), and each time the system send me immediately the same automatic answer… but it’s not the answer for my questions…
I also try to attach a pdf file with “the story” , but I think it remains unreaded…
Maybe I have to pay the renewal and then ask for a refund…but it’s so illogical…

Your auto-renewal has been cancelled.

To clarify, when contacting support, if you wish to cancel your auto-renewal subscription then you have to select " Unsubscribe" instead of “Refund”
